Mousewillow raced back to the kits as fast as she could, though her bad paw throbbed. She arrived and dropped the squirrel before them.

"How can you be tired, Petalkit?" Melodykit asked.
"Well, it's kind of tiring hiding in a bush and trying to survive." the kit replied.

Roseblossom looked at Ravenshade. It felt nice, with her mate and Jewelsky and Rain. But Roseblossom was still worried.

Mousewillow was almost always a mouse in her dreams, and that hadn't changed tonight.
"Muremicant?" A small gray mouse stood before Muremicant.
"Who are you?" asked Muremicant. "Are you from NocteTribe?"
The gray mouse's eyes began to water. "Yes, I am. I'm Murecana."

"Maybe Roseblossom's here!" mewled Petalkit hopefully.

Muremicant gasped. "You... you can't be!"
"I am." the mouse squeaked. "I never got to meet you... But here you are."
"I don't know what to say!" Muremicant felt joy well up inside of her.
